1. Hardware problems: typical problems are the tension and induction of the tensioner. The tension setting of the tensioner is unreasonable, there are burrs at the place where the wire passes, and the lubrication is not enough to jam the wire, resulting in wire breakage.  
 
2. Parameter setting: this situation is common for novice operators. After the automatic winding machine leaves the factory, the master will generally come to the door for installation and commissioning until the machine runs normally and stably, which shows that there is no problem with the parameters. If the operator doesn't pay attention and changes the parameters, such as speed and wire diameter, fast speed will easily lead to wire breakage. Of course, some bosses think the speed is slow and try to speed up debugging. Generally speaking, the manufacturer has reserved a certain speed, adding some is no problem, but if you add too much, it will cause wire breakage or even more serious problems. Moreover, the tension and tension are not set according to the tension corresponding table, which will also lead to wire breakage. In other words, the customer is required to operate and set according to the safety operation procedures of the full-automatic winding machine. If you don't understand, don't modify the parameter content without authorization, so as to avoid the loss outweighing the gain.  
 
3. Material reason: the material is mainly the problem of wire rod. In addition to the poor quality of wire rod itself, sometimes it is not noticed. Small wire diameter is used as large wire diameter, which will lead to poor tensile capacity and wire breakage. The former needs to go to the purchasing department for solution, and the latter mainly selects the appropriate wire diameter according to the commissioning requirements.
